The invention relates to a novel automatic vertical hinged door and belongs to the field of a vertical hinged door. The novel automatic vertical hinged door comprises a gate, wherein a children door is arranged in the gate; an electronic card entrance guard is arranged on a front side of the children door; a switch is arranged on the back of the children door; an electric rotating shaft and a pet door are arranged on the children door; the electric rotating shaft is in rotating connection with the pet door; an electromagnetic lock is arranged on the pet door; an iron rod matched with the electromagnetic lock is arranged on the children door; a radio frequency recognizer used for receiving a radio frequency emitter signal is arranged in the pet door; elastic rubbers are coated on the surfaces of the children door and the pet door. Compared with the prior art, the novel automatic vertical hinged door has the advantages that the children can conveniently open the vertical hinged door, the pet can get in/out of the vertical hinged door conveniently, and the problem of the reducing of the heating and cooling efficiency of the air conditioner caused by frequently opening the vertical hinged door after the indoor air conditioner is started in summer and winter is solved.
