The invention discloses an environment-friendly and flame-retardant polystyrene gypsum composite insulation board, which comprises a bonding material and aggregate. The environment-friendly and flame-retardant polystyrene gypsum composite insulation board is characterized in that the bonding material is an inorganic flame-retardant gel material; the aggregate is graphite polystyrene foamed particle; the volume percent of the inorganic flame-retardant gel material is 8%-20%; the volume percent of the graphite polystyrene foamed particle is 80%-92%; and the graphite polystyrene foamed particle is a granular foamed material which is formed by foaming a polystyrene material doped with graphite particles.
