The preparation method comprises the processing steps of mixing raw materials, adding water and stirring, foaming, molding and maintaining. Products prepared according to the method have the characteristics of light weight and good thermal insulation property, the complex fiber improves the product toughness and is relatively cheap, moreover, the existing industrial waste resource can be used effectively, and thus the resource utilization rate is improved.
