Hydrophobic desulphurization gypsum concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses hydrophobic desulphurization gypsum concrete and a preparation method thereof. The hydrophobic desulphurization gypsum concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110-120 parts of cement, 45-50 parts of wollastonite powder, 28-35 parts of ceramisite, 20-25 parts of titanium ore powder, 3-5 parts of desulphurization gypsum, 0.6-1.0 part of a lignin calcium carbonate water reducer, 4-5 parts of a shiitake mushroom cultivating material, 0.2-0.4 part of N-dimethylaniline, 1.5-2.0 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 0.8-1.0 part of benzenesulfonyl hydrazide, 1.5-1.8 parts of an aluminum salt waterproofing agent, 0.4-0.6 part of copper sulfate and an appropriate amount of water. According to the hydrophobic desulphurization gypsum concrete disclosed by the invention, various industrial solid wastes including the titanium ore powder, the desulphurization gypsum and the like are adopted as raw materials, so that on the one hand, wastes are changed into valuable for environmental protection, and on the other hand, resource reuse is brought into full play to reduce the cost; and a water repellent is added into the formula to increase the hydrophobic property of the concrete. The preparation process of the hydrophobic desulphurization gypsum concrete disclosed by the invention is simple, and has the advantages of low energy consumption, low thermal conductivity, good water resistance, good fire resistance and the like.
