Reclaimed sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a reclaimed sand concrete and a preparation method thereof. The reclaimed sand concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of cement, 35-40 parts of reclaimed sand, 20-22 parts of haydite, 15-18 parts of shiitake culture material, 3-4 parts of lithium carbonate, 0.4-0.6 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 8-10 parts of magnesia powder, 5-6 parts of paraffin, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium borate, 15-20 parts of loess powder, 6-8 parts of boron oxide, 2-4 parts of cobaltic oxide, 1.5-1.8 parts of citric acid, 1.0-1.2 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2-4 parts of calcium phytate and a right amount of water. The reclaimed sand concrete is prepared by mixing the cement, reclaimed sand and water; and under the action of the modified shiitake culture material, various properties of the prepared concrete satisfy related national standards. The concrete has favorable thermal-insulation effect, and avoids the hidden danger in the quality of the wall thermal-insulation system. The reclaimed sand concrete adopts multiple oxides as the additives, and thus, is accessible and low in cost. The reclaimed sand concrete protects the environment and enhances the economic benefit.
