High-strength high-toughness building square pile and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-strength high-toughness building square pile. A pile body part is made from the traditional common concrete, a pile head part and a pile tip part are made from ultrahigh-property concrete, and the connecting parts between a pile head and a pile body and between a pile tip and the pile body are respectively provided with steel bars with end heads; the concrete of the pile head and the pile tip comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-45% of cementing materials, 25%-30% of fine aggregates, 20%-25% of coarse aggregates, 1%-2% of water reducing agents, 2%-5% of steel fibers and 6%-8% of water, wherein the cementing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 50%-60% of cement, 10%-15% of silicon ash, 5%-10% of fly ash and 25%-35% of mineral powder. The high-strength high-toughness building square pile provided by the invention is simple in structure and simple in preparation process, and can be used for enhancing the strength and toughness of key parts, namely the pile head, the pile tip and the like, of the building square pile and resisting the behaviors that the pile head is hammered and the pile tip is extruded in a construction process by utilizing the industrial waste residues at a large mixing amount, thus prolonging the service life of the building square pile and reducing the potential safety hazard brought by the behaviors.
