Light-weight inorganic composite concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a light-weight inorganic composite concrete and a preparation method thereof. The light-weight inorganic composite concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 20-25 parts of superfine microbead, 15-20 parts of corn starch, 4-5 parts of shiitake culture material, 15-20 parts of vitrified microbead, 0.6-0.7 part of diethylenetriamine, 1.0-1.5 parts of n-butyl methylacrylate, 1.2-1.5 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 0.3-0.4 part of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, 2-4 parts of barium zinc stabilizing agent, 4-6 parts of chlorinated paraffin wax and a right amount of water. The concrete has the characteristics of no pollution, no public nuisance, high safety and environmental protection. The superfine microbead and vitrified microbead are adopted to enhance the binding property of the concrete, thereby enhancing the compression resistance, folding resistance, aging resistance and water resistance of the concrete. Compared with the prior art, the light-weight inorganic composite concrete has the advantages of reasonable cost, obviously higher sound-insulation effect and the like, and is convenient for construction.
