The invention discloses a rapidly hardening mortar for binding and jointing a sticker mosaic tile. The mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-480 parts of aluminate cement, 50-150 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 400-550 parts of sand, 30.0-70.0 parts of kaolin, 18.0-28.0 parts of rubber powder, 2.0-3.5 parts of cellulose ether, 1.0-2.0 parts of a water reducer, 3.0-6.0 parts of a water repellent and 0.4-1.0 part of a retarder. The rapidly hardening mortar disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high construction efficiency, strong bonding force and dense and full tile joint, is rapidly hardening and early strong and the like and is especially suitable for face tile facing engineering using sticker mosaic tile as the face tile.
