Method for producing thermal-insulation sheet
The invention relates to a method for producing a thermal-insulation sheet. The method can be used for effectively solving the problem of the production of thermal-insulation sheets. The method comprises the following steps of removing the debris and rotten parts in raw materials, chopping the raw materials into 1-5cm and pyrolyzing the raw materials at 300 DEG C-1100 DEG C into biomass charcoal; pulverizing the biomass charcoal into biomass charcoal powder; uniformly mixing the biomass charcoal powder and a binder at a weight ratio of (4-1): (1-4), adding a fireproof additive which accounts for 2% of total weight of the biomass charcoal powder and the binder, uniformly stirring at room temperature to obtain a sheet raw material, pressing the sheet raw material into a sheet profile of which the thickness is 10cm at room temperature, firstly carrying out air-drying at room temperature and drying for 12-48 hours at 30 DEG C-200 DEG C to obtain the thermal-insulation sheet. The invention provides a novel application of the biomass charcoal powder, the popularization of biomass energy can be promoted and the thermal-insulation sheet is easy to produce and low in cost and has significant economic and social benefits.
