CoFe2O4/0.4BaTiO3-0.6BiFeO3 magnetoelectric composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a CoFe2O4/0.4BaTiO3-0.6BiFeO3 magnetoelectric composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a 0.4BaTiO3-0.6BiFeO3 powder body, granulating, screening to obtain 0.4BaTiO3-0.6BiFeO3 powder, carrying out pressure molding on the 0.4BaTiO3-0.6BiFeO3 powder and CoFe2O4 powder in a mold according to a 2-2 composite laminated arrangement mode, and calcining. The magnetoelectric composite material has excellent ferroelectric, dielectric and magnetoelectric properties. The material has the advantages of favorable compactness, no obvious macropores, uniform biphase grain size (submicron level), no obvious interfacial atomic diffusion phenomenon and favorable interfacial coupling, thereby enhancing the magnetoelectric convertibility of the composite material.
