High-performance modified mullite high-temperature bedplate as well as manufacturing method
The invention relates to a high-performance modified mullite high-temperature bedplate and belongs to the field of preparation of fireproof kiln furniture. The bedplate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-50% of fused millite which is less than or equal to 3mm, 20-35% of tabular corundum which is less than or equal to 3mm, 12-20% of alpha-aluminum oxide which is less than or equal to 320 meshes and 0.5-1% of a lanthanum oxide and yttrium oxide compound rare earth additive which is less than or equal to 1 micron, wherein the mass ratio of lanthanum oxide and yttrium oxide in the lanthanum oxide and yttrium oxide compound rare earth additive is 1: (0.05-0.3). By improving and optimizing a raw material formula by adding the lanthanum oxide and yttrium oxide compound rare earth additive, the thermal shock resistance and high-temperature strength of the bedplate are improved.
