The invention relates to a preparation method of silicon carbide reinforced carbon fiber composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing a carbon fiber prefabricated part in a graphite furnace; performing sedimentation by using butane as a carbon source and inert gas as a carrier; performing densifying treatment on the prefabricated part by means of chemical vapor infiltration; performing sedimentation on samples by using pyrolytic carbon in short time and simultaneously taking out; taking out the samples and steeping for many times and performing lytic cycle by using PCS precursor solutions as steeping solutions to obtain the silicon carbide reinforced carbon fiber composite materials. The method is simple, low in cost and low in energy consumption; the silicon carbide reinforced carbon fiber composite materials are excellent in high-temperature mechanical performance, high heat conduction rate and low expansion coefficient.
