Antioxidation treatment process for high purity graphite
The invention discloses an antioxidation treatment process for high purity graphite. The process includes: washing the to-be-treated graphite clean, then conducting natural drying to a constant weight; putting an impregnant into a storage tank, then putting the washed graphite into a vacuum impregnation tank, performing vacuum pumping, conducting heating to 100DEG C, when the vacuum degree is 0.09MPa, closing a vacuum valve, sucking the impregnant into the vacuum impregnation tank, and carrying out pressurization impregnation for 2h; at the end of impregnation, taking out the graphite material, conducting drying in an oven at 150DEG C, then performing heat treatment, and then placing the material in a vacuum container to air it to room temperature. Surface treatment on graphite by vacuum impregnation can reduce the porosity of the material surface, improve its antioxidation properties, and prolong the service life.
