The invention belongs to the technical field of road design and construction, and especially relates to a frozen-soil road structure. The frozen-soil road structure comprises a frozen soil layer, a roadbed layer and a pavement layer which are successively stacked from bottom to top, and the roadbed layer is provided with thorough holes; the frozen-soil road structure also comprises multiple cement vertical columns which are dispersed and disposed on the frozen soil layer, penetrate through the thorough holes of the roadbed layer and are inserted into the pavement layer; and the cement vertical columns and the thorough holes are in clearance fit. The invention also provides a construction method for the frozen-soil road. A magnesium cement material is employed and has extremely good workability with a bamboo rib and other materials, the magnesium-cement bamboo-rib vertical column is arranged between the roadbed and the pavement and gives play to supporting effect, and frozen-soil road well shows the anti-freezing protection effect in structure design. The frozen-soil road structure has excellent anti-freezing and anti-fracturing double performances.
