The invention discloses an assembling type reinforced concrete T-shaped beam which comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and wavy vertical steel plates arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate. The upper end face and the lower end face of each wavy vertical steel plate are provided with horizontal steel plate connectors and each wavy vertical steel plate is connected with the bottom plate and the top plate through the connectors respectively. Reinforcing head plates are arranged at the two ends of the beam and welded to or connected with the bottom plate, the top plate and the wavy vertical steel plates through the connectors respectively. Bearing partitions are arranged between the two reinforcing plates and connected with the top plate and the wavy vertical steel plates through the connectors respectively. A prestress wire penetrating pipe sequentially penetrating through the bearing partitions is arranged between the two reinforcing head plates, wherein a prestress bundle penetrates through the prestress wire penetrating pipe. The prestress bundle transmits prestress to the bottom plate and the top plate through the bearing partitions, so that a prestress reinforced T-shaped beam is formed. By the adoption of the technical scheme of the beam, factory prefabricated components are adopted for being simply combined and spliced on a site, structural bearing force is improved by exerting prestress, the single span can reach 60 m, and the assembling type reinforced concrete T-shaped beam is simple in structure, durable in bearing operation and low in investment cost.
