The invention discloses a portable pet feces collector, which comprises a tube, a handle is arranged at one end of the tube, a fixed head is arranged at the other end of the tube, an operating handle is arranged on the handle, two rotatable plates are arranged on the fixed head, the rotatable plates are connected with the operating handle through pull wires or connecting rods, the two rotatable plates are respectively connected with two opening and closing plates, a holder is arranged at the ends of the two opening and closing plates or on the fixed head, and a storage bag is arranged on the holder. The storage bag is fixed on the holder by an elastic tape or a tie; a restoring spring is arranged between the operating handle and the handle. The portable pet feces collector is used for picking up pet feces by means of the opening and closing plates, and then collecting the pet feces by means of the storage bag, the pet feces are then discarded into a dustbin, consequently, environmental sanitation is maintained effectively, and the spread of diseases is reduced; in addition, people can treat pet feces without needing to bend down and squat, consequently, labor intensity is decreased, the portable pet feces collector is particularly suitable for old people, and physical strain is reduced.
