Railway ballast sweeper
The invention discloses a railway ballast sweeper with an internal combustion engine as power. The railway ballast sweeper comprises a vehicle body, a power system, a sweeping system, a transmission system and a quick dismounting system. The vehicle body comprises a bearing portion and a walking portion and mainly bears the systems and a device moving on tracks. The power system is composed of the internal combustion engine, accessories and the like. The sweeping system comprises four sweeping heads, the sweeping heads work at the same time, and the sweeping heads on the two sides of each steel track are opposite in rotating direction. The transmission system comprises a reduction system body and a transmission system body, the reduction system body is used for reducing high-speed rotation of the engine to low-speed rotation of the sweeping heads, and the transmission system body (belt transmission or gear transmission or combination of belt transmission and gear transmission) transfers output of the engine to the sweeping device. The quick dismounting system is a device which can quickly dismount the sweeping device from the vehicle body. The output rotating speed and direction of the engine are changed through the reduction system body and the transmission system body, therefore, sweeping work of railway ballast is achieved through the sweeping heads, and the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, reliable in running and the like are achieved.
