The invention provides a hydraulic pull reduction system on jack-up platform ship supporting pile leg, which comprises a ship body, a pile leg and a pile shoe, wherein the pile leg comprises an upper part of the pile leg inserted in the sea and a lower part of the pile leg inserted in the silt, the tube wall of the lower part of the pile leg is provided with a plurality of sets of first nozzle groups, and the first nozzle groups comprises a plurality of first nozzles; the upper shoe wall, the side shoe wall and lower shoe wall of the pile shoe are all provided with second nozzle groups, the second nozzle groups comprises a plurality of second nozzles; the plurality of first nozzles and second nozzles are all connected with a high pressure water pump installed on the ship body through a high presser water pipe, when the plurality of first nozzles and second nozzles are opened, the outer periphery of the lower part of the pile leg and the outer periphery of the pile shoe form a water channel which is in communication with the seawater. When the hydraulic pull reduction system on jack-up platform ship supporting pile leg is used for pulling piles, the outer periphery of the lower part of the pile leg and the outer periphery of the pile shoe form the water channel, so that the vacuum-absorbing force is eliminated between the bottom surface of the pile shoe and the silt, the soil weight of the upper part is changed to a buoyant unit weight state, meanwhile, the side friction of the pile leg and pile shoe is reduced, thus the pile pulling force is greatly reduced.
