The invention discloses a cam SMW (Soil Mixing Wall) construction method pile machine. A second drill pipe is fixedly provided with a cam; a first camber beam is arranged in front of the cam; a second camber beam is arranged behind the cam; a distance between the first camber beam and the second camber becomes narrow on a left end; a first drill pipe is clamped between the two camber beams; the most left ends of the two camber beams are fixed by a first transom; the distance between the first camber beam and the second camber beam also becomes narrow on a right end; a third drill pipe is clamped between the two camber beams; the most right ends of the two camber beams are fixed by a fourth transom; the left side of the cam is provided with a second transom; two ends of the second transom are respectively fixed on the first camber beam and the second camber beam; the right side of the cam is provided with a third transom; two ends of the third transom are respectively fixed on the first camber beam and the second camber beam; the lower parts of the first camber beam and the second camber beam are fixedly provided with first stirring knives; the inner sides of the first camber beam and the second camber beam are fixedly provided with second stirring knives.
