A trample-to-flush urinal comprises a vertical urinal bucket holder, a trampling driver, a resilient urinal bucket door and a suction pressure flushing tank, wherein the vertical urinal bucket holder is of a box-shaped structure of which the top and bottom are provided with an urinal bucket water tank chamber and a suppress driving chamber, respectively; the urinal bucket water tank chamber is provided with a flushing water tank and a vertical urinal bucket; the trampling driver is arranged in the vertical urinal bucket holder and structurally comprises a lifting frame and a jacking spring; the resilient urinal bucket door comprises two urinal bucket doors and is in opening and closing fit with the vertical urinal bucket; the suction pressure flushing tank is arranged in the vertical urinal bucket holder and structurally comprises a compression tank body and a suction flushing piston. By utilizing the resilient urinal bucket door in the embodiments, people cannot urinate until come near to the urinal bucket, and therefore the situation of sprinkling urine on the ground is avoided. The suction pressure flushing tank and the resilient urinal bucket door are linked, people can start the suction pressure flushing tank as long as standing on a locating pressing plate, therefore the unhygienic condition of forgetting to flush after urinating is avoided. The trample-to-flush urinal is reasonable in structure and easy to operate, and the toilet environment is improved effectively.
