The invention discloses a pipe-like fiber cement brick, a wall and a manufacturing method of the pipe-like fiber cement brick. The pipe-like fiber cement brick comprises a straight pipe-like main body, wherein a hole of the straight pipe-like main body is a through hole which runs from the top surface to the bottom surface of the straight pipe-like main body; at least one outer side surface of the straight pipe-like main body is a flat surface; and the straight pipe-like main body is manufactured from fiber cement. The wall is built by the pipe-like fiber cement brick. The hole of the straight pipe-like main body of the pipe-like fiber cement brick is arranged vertically. The manufacturing method of the pipe-like fiber cement brick is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing slurry; (2) loading the slurry into a mesh cage, forming a sheet material from the slurry, winding the sheet material by multiple layers, and pressing the sheet material into a round pipe-like wet adobe; and (3) moulding the round pipe-like wet adobe for the second time to obtain the pipe-like main body. The pipe-like fiber cement brick manufactured by adopting the manufacturing method is light in weight and has good fire resistance, high strength and strong bearing capacity, the wall is convenient to construct, and the flatness of the surface of the wall can be guaranteed.
