The invention relates to a combined plastic-wood floor structure, which comprises a wood floor positioned on an upper layer and a plastic floor positioned on a lower layer, wherein the wood floor comprises a floor surface and an assembling surface; a plurality of clamping grooves for mounting the plastic floor are formed in the assembling surface, extend along one side edge of the assembling surface to the opposite side edge, and are gradually narrowed; the plastic floor comprises a top surface, a floor body and tenons arranged on the top surface; the tenons extend along one side edge of the top surface to the opposite side edge, and are gradually narrowed. When the combined plastic-wood floor structure is mounted, the combined plastic-wood floor structure can be fixed by laterally embedding the tenons into the clamping grooves. The combined plastic-wood floor structure has the advantages of a plastic floor, also has the visual sense and the touch of a wood floor, and has a firm supporting structure, required materials are reduced, and the influence of heat expansion and cold contraction caused by changes in ambient temperature can be reduced.
