The invention discloses a construction method for a high-rise building frame structure. Two-layer simultaneous construction of a high-rise building is carried out by virtue of support of an inverted template; firstly, construction of the upper floor is carried out by virtue of upright posts; reserved holes are formed in the floor; the upper floor is connected with a middle floor template through a fining twisted steel bar; support is provided for the middle floor template; the template is divided into a plurality of template units; the template units are in rigid connection with one another through high-strength bolts; concrete is poured, so that two-layer simultaneous construction of the high-rise building can be ensured; and the construction progress is increased. According to the construction method, the construction quality and safety of the high-rise building can be ensured; the construction period is shortened; the environment pollution caused by construction is reduced; the economic benefits of construction enterprises are improved.
