The invention discloses a novel concrete distributing cart. The novel concrete distributing cart is characterized by comprising a boom system, a rotary system, a frame assembly, a running system, a power system, an electric system, a hydraulic system and a pumping system, wherein the boom system and a pumping assembly in the pumping system are integrated on the frame assembly; the pumping function and the distributing function are integrated by the novel concrete distributing cart, and the running function and the steering function are achieved through the power system and the running system arranged on the novel concrete distributing cart. Compared with a trailer pump, the distributing function is added, and work for frequently changing a pipeline is avoided; compared with an existing pump truck, the manufacturing cost is greatly lowered, and the novel concrete distributing cart is an economical novel concrete distributing cart and is particularly suitable for pumping and distributing concrete for small engineering, especially low-rise buildings.
