Method for installing portal frame
The invention discloses a method for installing a portal frame, comprising the following steps: (1) constructing a floor, i.e., firstly carrying out project measurement in a workshop, constructing the floor of the workshop, and pre-embedding steel sheets on the floor; (2) installing adjusting pedestals, i.e., firstly installing a first adjusting pedestal, ,and then respectively installing the other adjusting pedestals by taking the first adjusting pedestal as a reference; (3) installing the portal frame, i.e., hoisting the portal frame through a crane, so that an adjusting stud is justly inserted in an opening in the lower part of a steel column of the portal frame, moving an adjusting nut, adjusting the horizontal and vertical positions of the portal frame, overlapping and firmly welding rid plates on the steel column of the portal frame, and meanwhile firmly welding the adjusting stud, the adjusting nut, the rib plates and the steel column of the portal frame with the pre-embedded plate; (4) grouting, i.e., grouting concrete in the vertical column of the portal frame; after the concrete is cemented, finishing the installation of the portal frame. The method has the following advantages: the portal frame is adjusted at the lower side within the installation allowance, and the upper part of the portal frame is processed and manufactured on ground, so that processing and installation are convenient, and precision is easily guaranteed.
