The invention discloses a column-by-column anti-freezing cooling unit capable of realizing air-side flow self-equalizing for an indirect cooling tower. Shutters, flow equalizing flat plates and heat dissipating and cooling columns form two air flow passages. A first flow equalizing flat plate is inserted into a cavity of the cooling unit, has a reserved certain distance away from an inner end point thereof and outwards extends along a symmetry plane thereof; a second flow equalizing flat plate and a third flow equalizing flat plate are respectively arranged at inner side inflection points of outer end surfaces of two cooling columns and outwards extend to a radial straight line of the indirect cooling tower through outer side inflection points of outer end surfaces of corresponding cooling columns; two shutters are respectively hinged to air inlets of the two air flow passages of the cooling unit. The column-by-column anti-freezing cooling unit capable of realizing air-side flow self-equalizing for the indirect cooling tower has the advantages that the adverse influence of inlet air deviation on a certain cooling column in the cooling unit is reduced by using the flow equalizing flat plates through two structurally symmetrical air flow passages with air inlet volume which can be separately adjusted, the ventilation amount of the two cooling columns is balanced, the overall performance of the cooling unit is improved, the separate adjustment is realized by using a certain shutter, the certain cooling column is prevented from being partially super-cooled, frozen or frost-cracked, and the operating safety of the cooling unit is guaranteed.
