The invention discloses a master-slave stand column portal frame and hinge system of upper table forward-moving and rotary parking equipment. The master-slave stand column portal frame and hinge system consists of a linear guide rail device, a rotary device, a hinge device and a master-slave stand column portal frame, wherein the axis of the hinge device, the rotary plane of the rotary device and the rail plane of the linear guide rail are parallel to the horizontal ground; the master-slave stand column portal frame (hereinafter referred to as a portal frame) is a rigid structure which stretches across parking spaces in the ground, supports the upper table and is divided into a master stand column side and a slave stand column side; the linear guide rail device, the rotary device and the hinge device are mounted at the master stand column side, and the portal frame can rotate around the axis of a hinge shaft; a roller wheel contacting with the ground is mounted at the slave stand column side; the portal frame moves along a plane set by the linear guide rail, and rotates along a plane set by the rotary device; during movement or rotation, the roller wheel at the slave stand column side is in contact with the ground all the time; if the ground has horizontal errors, the portal frame rotates around the hinge axis so as to be regulated.
