The invention discloses an electric power high voltage transmission device. A seat body is matched with an outer conical surface of the lower end of a vertical column body through a first inner conical hole in the middle to be fixed, and the outer conical surface of the vertical column body is matched with an inner conical surface of a second inner conical hole of the vertical column body to be fixed. The inner conical holes and the outer conical surface automatically lock the inner conical surface and the outer conical surface which are attached through a locking groove and a locking pin on a locking rod after being matched to be fixed. A vertical column is connected with supports of a plasma conductive light beam transmitter and a receiving conductive plate through a rotary plate. The electric power high voltage transmission device is simple in structure, and convenient to manufacture, install and use, and no tool is required in the process of installing an electricity transmission supporting frame. By means of the electricity transmission supporting frame and the plasma conductive light beam transmitter, time spent in erecting a high voltage transmission line is shortened, and cost of erecting the high voltage line is reduced. The electric power high voltage transmission device is convenient to disassemble and transport when the electricity transmission line needs to be changed, and production cost and usage cost are reduced due to the fact that the electricity transmission supporting frame and the plasma conductive light beam transmitter can be used repeatedly.
