The invention relates to the technical field of locksets and particularly relates to a handle head assembly for connecting a lockset panel and a handle. The handle head assembly comprises a connection seat sleeve, a handle head, a torsion spring, a positioning shifting fork sheet, a plurality of inner marbles and a plurality of outer marbles, wherein the handle head is rotationally connected with the connection seat sleeve; the torsion spring is arranged on the connection seat sleeve; the positioning shifting fork sheet is fixed on the handle head; the inner marbles are arranged in an inner marble groove between the positioning shifting fork sheet and the inner end face of the connection seat sleeve; the outer marbles are arranged in an outer marble groove between a shaft shoulder of the handle head and the outer end face of the connection seat sleeve. The invention aims at designing the handle head assembly for connecting the lockset panel and the handle, which is flexible to rotate and has good hand feeling.
