The invention discloses a password lock which comprises a lock body, a lock rod, a key locking device and a password locking device. An elastic device is arranged at the portion, close to the bottom of the lock body, of a second lock hole of the lock body. The first elastic end of the elastic device abuts against the bottom of the lock body inside the second lock hole. The second elastic end of the elastic device abuts against the end of a long rod of the lock rod. The password locking device comprises a number wheel, a lock sleeve and a number wheel containing groove. The long rod is sleeved with the lock sleeve. The number wheel containing groove is concavely arranged on the inner side wall of the second lock hole and used for containing the number wheel and the lock sleeve. The number wheel and the lock sleeve are detachably clamped and matched with a convex key on the outer surface of the lock sleeve to lock the long rod. According to the password lock, the structure of the password locking device is improved; after a key is used for opening the password lock, the forgotten password can be found through easy operation, and meanwhile the password can be modified; so that the phenomenon that the password locking device is invalid permanently due to the fact that the password is lost by accident is avoided, and the utilization rate of the password lock is greatly improved.
