The invention discloses a push-pull hoist hole door. The push-pull hoist hole door comprises a push-pull cover, roller sets which are respectively mounted on two lateral sides of the push-pull cover and a slide rail mechanism which is mounted at a hoist hole opening, wherein the roller sets are matched with the slide rail mechanism to open and close the hoist hole door. The invention further provides a wind generation set which applies the push-pull hoist hole door. A hoist hole wall which is connected with the edge of the hoist hole opening and extends upward is arranged at the hoist hole opening, the top end of the hoist hole wall is close to a frame platform of the wind generation set, and the push-pull hoist hole door is arranged at the top end of the hoist hole wall. According to the push-pull hoist hole door disclosed by the invention, the push-pull cover can be simply and conveniently opened and closed, and the height of the hoist hole door is lifted up by arranging the hoist hole wall at the hoist hole opening, so that the operator can open and close the hoist hole door on the frame platform so at to realize the purpose of hoisting parts which are needed to be replaced, and the dangerousness of aloft work is reduced.
