The solar power generation photovoltaic modules and the miasma septic tank device are arranged on the water borne floating island, marsh gas is generated through faeces generated by aquaculture and the humans, power is environment friendly, pollution free, renewable, circulative and infinite, farmland crisis is solved, a sustainable development prospect is provided, and in addition, the environmentally-friendly water borne multifunctional floating island base can also be used for outdoor entertainment and is interesting. Planting trays and aquaculture trays are fixed to the multifunctional floating island base, wind and waves from any direction can be borne, the environmentally-friendly water borne multifunctional floating island base has the advantages of being good in stress performance, safe and stable, the assembled planting trays and the assembled aquaculture trays are more flexible under action of waves, and protection covers are arranged on the peripheries of the planting trays and the aquaculture trays to resist wind and waves.
