The invention relates to super sulfur cement which comprises 45-85wt% of mineral powder, 10-45wt% of sulfate and 0.5-10wt% of an alkali excitant. The super sulfur cement further comprises an enhancer, the amount of admixture which is 0.5-5wt% of the sum of the mineral powder, sulfate and alkali excitant. The enhancer is a macromolecular salt and the chemical formula of the macromolecular salt is [M2(OH)2nX(6-n)/t]m, wherein M is aluminum or ferrum, n is an integer less than 6, and m which is less than or equal to 10 is degree of polymerization. The dosage of the enhancer provided by the invention accounts for 0.5-5wt% of a binding material, namely super sulfur cement in concrete, so that the concrete compression strength is greatly improved, that is, in concrete prepared by the super sulfur cement using polyaluminium chloride, the concrete compression strength can be improved by 20-50%.
