The invention discloses a porcelain tile preparation method. The porcelain tile preparation method comprises steps as follows: step one, sludge is pretreated to obtain a finished sludge product with the Fe content smaller than 0.5%, the Ti content smaller than 0.3% and Mn content smaller than 0.1%; step two, 15%-35% of the sludge treated in the step one, 60%-80% of feldspar and 0.1%-10% of an additive are mixed to obtain a mixed material; step three, the mixed material is subjected to compression molding and sintering to obtain a finished product. With the adoption of the porcelain tile preparation method, resources are saved, sludge waste is recycled, and further, the prepared porcelain tile has the advantages of high whiteness, high breaking strength, low water absorption and the like.
