The invention discloses a production method for manufacturing a hollow ceramic plate by utilizing polished ceramic waste residues. The production method comprises the following steps of: firstly selecting 50-80 parts of waste residues, 10-25 parts of argil, 10-25 parts of feldspar and 2 parts of high-efficiency plasticizing agent; pulping, spraying, preparing into powder, sieving, stirring for granulation, extruding for forming, drying, and firing to generate the hollow ceramic plate. The production method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a large amount of waste residues generated in the production process of polished ceramics are used as materials of the hollow ceramic plate, so that not only is the process of treating the waste residues reduced, but also the resource is saved; in the traditional ceramic-plate production process, the rate of plastic materials is 60-80%, and 50-80% of polished ceramic waste residues are doped in the hollow ceramic plate by adopting the production method, the used amount of new materials is greatly reduced, and the sufficient supplying for production of large-scale plates is guaranteed.
