Silicon carbide fiber provided with SiBCN coating deposited on surface and preparation method of silicon carbide fiber
The invention discloses silicon carbide fiber provided with a SiBCN coating deposited on the surface. The silicon carbide fiber comprises a silicon carbide fiber matrix and the SiBCN coating deposited on the matrix, wherein the SiBCN coating and the silicon carbide fiber matrix are combined through a mechanical meshing or chemical bonding mode, and the SiBCN coating is prepared from raw materials including borazine and liquid polycarbosilane with a CVD (chemical vapor deposition) process. A specific preparation method of the silicon carbide fiber comprises the following steps: a silicon carbide fiber matrix material is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning firstly, pretreated at high temperature and placed in a depositing furnace; air in the depositing furnace is replaced; preheating is performed under set vacuum at set temperature; carrier gas and diluent gas are introduced, borazine and liquid polycarbosilane are carried into a hearth of the depositing furnace by the carrier gas; and the SiBCN coating is formed on the surface of the silicon carbide fiber matrix material after a period of time. A product has uniform and compact coating, good high-temperature stability and good technical property, and the antioxidant ability of the silicon carbide fiber can be improved remarkably.
