The processing system comprises a preheating system, an expansion furnace, a cooling system and a recovery and aggregate-storing system, wherein the preheating system comprises a preheating furnace which comprises a preheating furnace rack, a gearing device, a preheating furnace body and a preheating furnace burner, the preheating furnace body is supported on the preheating furnace rack, the gearing device is used for driving the preheating furnace body to rotate, the front end of the preheating furnace body is provided with a preheating furnace feeding port, the tail end of the preheating furnace body is provided with a preheating furnace discharging port, and the preheating furnace burner is arranged in the preheating furnace body. In the processing system for the perlite, an internal combustion mode is adopted by the preheating furnace to preheat the perlite, heat loss during combustion of a combustion device is greatly reduced, the utilization efficiency of energy is obviously improved, and the energy is saved.
