Superlong afterglow luminous pebble and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a superlong afterglow luminescent pebble which comprises a pebble body, and is characterized in that: the external surface of the pebble body is provided with a resin layer and a luminescent powder layer, the resin layer coats the external surface of the pebble body, and the luminescent powder layer coats the external surface of the resin layer. The preparation method is as follows: weighing 400-1200 parts of resin, adding 6-12 parts of methylethyl ketone peroxide, 6-12 parts of a coupling agent and 5-10 parts of cobalt isooctanate, fully mixing for 20 minutes for standby use; putting 10000 parts of pebbles into a blender, taking 400-600 parts of resin to add into the pebbles; taking 1500-2000 parts of the luminous powder, stirring, sending into a drying oven, performing thermal insulation for an hour, curing; putting the pebbles into a ball mill for grinding to make the surface smooth and glossy. The useful results are as follows: the luminescent pebbles can be widely used in the decoration of the landscape, the laying of roadside stones, and the laying of residential fitness paths.
