The invention discloses condensation polymerization reaction glaze of glass and a preparation method of the condensation polymerization glaze. The condensation polymerization glaze comprises priming glaze and color base surface glaze, wherein the priming glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 25-35 parts of feldspar, 25-28 parts of quartz, 3-5 parts of kaolin, 8-10 parts of titanium oxide, 15-20 parts of zirconium silicate, 7-11 parts of dolomite, 6-8 parts of wollastonite and 2-4 parts of strontium carbonate; the color base surface glaze is yellow-brown color base surface glaze, sapphire blue color base surface glaze or green grass color base surface glaze; the yellow-brown color base surface glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 45-50 parts of color base substrate glaze and 50-55 parts of a yellow-brown material; the sapphire blue color base surface glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 45-50 parts of color base substrate glaze, 20-25 parts of cobaltous oxide and 25-30 parts of vanadium-zirconium blue pigment. A glass body which is prepared through condensation polymerization reaction and takes the shape of a water droplet is relatively uniform to distribute, and the water droplet is colored after being brushed with the glaze and sintered, has a layering feeling, and is relatively vivid and beautiful.
