Manufacturing method of ceramic tiles
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of ceramic tiles. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: A. selecting common raw materials for preparing the ceramic tiles, and using the raw materials to prepare briquettes; B. spraying organic colored glaze-permeating ink; C. spraying organic permeation promoting ink; D. drying the briquettes at the temperature of 50-200 DEG C for 10-60 minutes to obtain ceramic tile blanks; E. putting the blanks into a kiln, and firing the blanks at 1150-1250 DEG C; F. polishing and edging to obtain the ceramic tiles. According to the ceramic tiles, the glaze-permeating ink forms the permeable layer with a certain thickness and permeates into the precoat to enable the decorative patterns to be abrasion-resistant, so that the problems that in the prior art the printed decorative layer formed by normal ink jet printing is free of stereoscopic layering feeling and fails to resist abrasion are solved.
