The invention provides a quick municipal road first-aid repair method which is as follows: first, a damaged road area is fenced, the damaged road area is cut apart from an undamaged block, then the damaged road area is totally broken to a certain depth, the bottom of the area to be repaired are kept level, then broken pieces within the damaged road area are cleaned up; according to the shape of the damaged area, the damaged area is cut into needed modules by use of a vulcanized rubber block, wherein the upper and lower bottom surfaces of the vulcanized rubber block are additionally provided with reinforcing ribs, first-aid repair pieces are placed in the area to be repaired, fine sands are filled in gaps among the first-aid repair pieces and surrounding good areas, the fine sands are compactly tamped to 2cm below the surface of the rubber block, then fast curing silicone structure rubber is used for flushing the area to be repaired with the surrounding intact road area. The method has the advantages of high efficiency and obvious social benefit, and is suitable for quick first-aid repair construction of small-scope damaged urban roads.
