Anchor device for bridge arch rib derrick
The invention discloses an anchor device for a bridge arch rib derrick. The anchor device comprises limiting clamps clamped and fixed outside an arch rib steel pipe in a spaced mode, and each limiting clamp is formed by connecting an upper semicircular buckle plate and a lower semicircular buckle plate. A semicircular saddle is arranged at the part, between the two adjacent limiting clamps, on the top of the steel pipe, and connecting batten plates which perpendicularly extend upwards along the side edge of the semicircular saddle and limiting plates on the side edges of the limiting clamps are connected into a whole through bolts. A left groove plate and a right groove plate which are arranged in a spaced mode on the semicircular saddle in the stress direction of the derrick form an installation saddle groove for the derrick, and two rows of supporting batten plates are welded to the outer side of each of the left groove plate and the right groove plate in a balanced mode. The anchor device is simple in structure, convenient to install, low in construction difficulty and capable of shortening the construction period and improving the economic benefits. Compared with a traditional derrick anchor device, an anchoring part and an arch rib are connected only through friction, welding is not needed, and therefore the arch rib cannot be damaged by heat and does not have structural defects, and the structural strength and the construction safety of the anchor device can be ensured. Due to the fact that the anchor device can be repeatedly used after being detached, the utilization rate is high, and the construction cost is saved.
