A transfer case A outputs forwards a transfer shaft A and outputs backwards a transfer shaft C, an eccentricity body A is fixed on the transfer shaft A, the eccentricity body A is provided with a circular cover A, a stirring arm A is fixed on the circular cover A, the right end of the stirring arm A is hinged to a hinged pin A, an eccentricity body C is fixed on the transfer shaft C, the eccentricity body C is provided with a circular cover C, a stirring arm C is fixed on the circular cover C, and the right end of the stirring arm C is hinged to a hinged pin B; a transfer case B outputs forwards a transfer shaft B and outputs backwards a transfer shaft D, an eccentricity body B is fixed on the transfer shaft B, the eccentricity body B is provided with a circular cover B, a stirring arm B is fixed on the circular cover B, the left end of the stirring arm B is hinged to the hinged pin A, an eccentricity body D is fixed on the transfer shaft D, the eccentricity body D is provided with a circular cover D, a stirring arm D is fixed on the circular cover D, and left end of the stirring arm D is hinged to the hinged pin B.
