The invention provides a protecting structure of a heavy-grade stone slope. For the heavy-grade stone slope (larger than 75 degrees), the protecting structure is subjected to modular designing, an annular protecting bar and a frame are welded in advance, during field mounting, only a protecting structure module is fixed on a hillside through an anchoring piece fixing hole, then a plant growing component is clamped to the inner side of the annular protecting bar, accordingly, a mounting process can be simplified, mounting difficulty can be lowered, the annular protecting bar is fixed on the frame, the cone-shaped plant growing component is clamped to the inner side of the annular protecting bar in a rotating mode, so that the protecting structure module is light and simple, planting difficulty is lowered, and meanwhile cost is lowered. A water collecting box is arranged below the plant growing component, and rainwater or water seeping from the plant growing component can flow into the water collecting box for storing. During a little-rain season, a valve is opened, and plants below can be irrigated through a drip irrigation pipe.
