The invention discloses a building floor backfill spacer process method with foamed concrete as the bottom layer of a building floor backfill spacer. The method includes the steps that the ground is filled with the foamed concrete to form a foamed concrete layer; the surface of the foamed concrete layer is processed, and composite mortar is used on the processed surface of the foamed concrete layer to form a high-strength solidified protective layer. The invention further discloses a building floor backfill spacer structure. The building floor backfill spacer structure comprises the foamed concrete layer, a processing interface layer formed on the processed surface of the foamed concrete layer and the high-strength solidified protective layer formed by the composite mortar. The building floor backfill spacer structure is light and capable of insulating sounds, protecting the environment and saving energy, can effectively avoid the phenomena of cracking, dusting, hollowing and the like, and is a new breakthrough of novel heat preservation material, namely, the foamed concrete, in the building floor backfill spacer or other ground backfill application in the building field.
