A wall roughening device comprises a rack (1). The rack (1) is provided with a datum plate, a blade set (2), an adjusting structure (3), a spraying device (4) and a stepping device (5). The blade set (2) is driven by electric power, the datum plate is aligned with a wall, the blade set (2) cuts the wall in a rotating mode, and then roughening of the wall is completed; the adjusting structure (3) is used for controlling and adjusting the effective working depth of the blade set (2) and controlling the degree of cutting the wall; the spraying device (4) is used for performing spraying in the cutting process to reduce dust pollution; the blade set (2) is composed of metal cutting blades; the stepping device (5) can advance on the wall at a constant speed. When roughening is needed in the wall painting process, the wall roughening device can complete roughening of the wall mechanically and improve working efficiency.
