The hopper is installed at one end of the troweling box board through a rotary shaft. The other end of the troweling box board is connected with the vertical frame through a sliding pair. The top connecting frame is fixedly connected with the vertical frame. A rail in a curved surface shape is arranged on the side face of the hopper. A hopper ejector rod is arranged on the top connecting frame. When the hopper ascends to a certain height along the vertical frame at an initial working angle along with the troweling box board, the hopper ejector rod and the rail are matched to move, the hopper is turned over around the rotary shaft of the hopper along with the motion track of the rail while the hopper continuously ascends, it is guaranteed that a lime layer can be formed at the top of a wall, troweling operation is complete, the hopper works reliably through a supporting mechanism and an auxiliary supporting rod on the hopper, and the hopper can be reset in the descending process through the auxiliary supporting rod.
