Layout structure of electrolysis plant
The invention discloses a layout structure of an electrolysis plant. The electrolysis plant is of a two-span structure at least comprising a first span and a second span, an electrolytic tank area and an operation area are arranged in each span area, each operation area is provided with an anode groove, an anode scrap groove and a product groove which traverse the two-span plant, are distributed separately and adjacently in the width direction of the plant and are provided with transferring carts, groove ends of the anode grooves, the anode scrap grooves and the product grooves are correspondingly provided with anode units, anode scrap units and product units, and material passages are formed in the positions, where the anode units, the anode scrap units and the product units are located, of the wall of the plant. By means of the technical scheme, the configuration numbers of the transferring carts, the anode units, the anode scrap units and the product units can be reduced, and therefore a large amount of equipment investment cost is saved for an enterprise. In addition, the two-span plant can reduce the occupied plant area, and therefore necessary space is provided for enlarging the production scale of the enterprise.
