The invention discloses a coded anti-theft lock which comprises a lock body, at least three sets of password mechanisms, a lock cylinder and a first stirring rod. A first password wheel in each password mechanism is rotated, a circular baffle in each password mechanism can be driven to rotate, and when a second groove in each circular baffle is opposite to an opening of a corresponding first groove in the lock cylinder, the first stirring rod can pull the lock cylinder to horizontally move, and therefore the lock cylinder can be locked or unlocked. Initial passwords are unique, and are provided by a manufacturer for a user to use, the user can achieve locking or unlocking simply by remembering the initial passwords and rotating the first password wheels, the whole structure is in a pure mechanical type, internal faults can be avoided, after the sealed lock body is made of metal materials (such as steel) and treated by heat, the risk that a theft damages the lock body through drilling or sawing or shearing, and the internal structure and the passwords are stolen can be avoided, and therefore the anti-theft function can be achieved.
