The invention discloses a push-and-pull latch. The push-and-pull latch comprises a pinch plate arranged on a doorframe and a lockpin assembly arranged on a door page; the lockpin assembly comprises a latch face shell; a pin tongue is arranged in the latch face shell; the upper surface of the latch face shell is provided with an patchhole; a handle support is fixed above the latch face shell; a rotating centre shaft is arranged on the upper end of the handle support; the rotating centre shaft is rotatingly sleeved with the bended handle; the bended handle comprises a grasping part and a swing part which are arranged on the two ends of a bending part respectively; the patchhole is penetrated by the swing part, the swing part is connected with the pin tongue, and is used for pushing the pin tongue horizontally; forward and backward sliding of the pin tongue, which is arranged in the latch face shell and is connected with the swing part of the bended handle, is driven by the bended handle, so that the pin tongue is capable of stretching out of the latch face shell and inserting into the pinch plate, or retracting from the pinch plate into the latch face shell, locking or unlocking of a door is realized, and the door can be opened by pulling the grasping part after unlocking. According to the push-and-pull latch, the latch and the handle are combined, structure design is reasonable, operation is simple, the push-and-pull latch is convenient to use and is practicable, and using cost is reduced.
